As a member of our co-op, you play an essential role in shaping your housing and environment. Our diverse community welcomes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and abilities.
To thrive together, members are required to:
Buy shares in the co-op
Pay a monthly housing charge
Attend general meetings
Join a committee
Assist with maintenance and clean-up
Participate in social events
Members are expected to contribute at least four hours each month. Explore our committees—maintenance, landscaping, social, finance, and more—to match your interests and strengthen community bonds!
