Our monthly housing fees cover operational and mortgage costs. New members must buy a share in the co-op, which contributes to these expenses.

Share Details:

  • Acts as a damage deposit and is refundable unless damages occur.

  • Shares do not earn interest as funds support co-op operations.

  • Upon moving out, your share is refunded minus any debts.

  • Family members can acquire associate shares for $25, granting them voting rights.

Membership Requirements:

  • Purchase a share for voting rights in meetings (one share per unit).

  • Understand housing fees, share costs, and minimum gross monthly income to qualify.
